"I'm sorry, Adra. I was so worried about being your leader... I forgot I should be so much more for you."
~ Leader of Galmore Academy's Team E, Celisse "Ceecee" Drayford. Ceecee was leader of the team of young magicians Adra was part of on Arken. More importantly though, she was Adra's first friend, realizing through her struggles to be a leader that Adra had her own problems as well, and taking the first steps to mend those she caused. This act of self-correction and kindness has inspired many of Adra's kind acts since. In many ways, Ceecee and Adra can be considered counterparts. Similar to how Adra is the daughter of a powerful demon, Ceecee comes from a famous household, though one famed for the slaying of celestials, not being celestials. Her mother is the most skilled white magician, or paladin, of her generation, and Ceecee is shaping up to be the same, talented beyond her years in even the most patient, slowest-developing form of magic. The pressure to follow in her mother's footsteps is her main source of stress besides leading Team E. Adra and Ceecee could very well be connected by celestial blood too though. Throughout Arken's history, powerful white magicians with brilliant blue eyes have been suspected to carry angelic blood, as Ceecee is suspected to today.

“Hm, well... I do get angry sometimes... I'm angry all the time, really. Angry that I never had the chance to have a family. Angry that we're treated like weapons. Angry at how people treat you. But anger is useless, you know? When you're angry, people say things like, 'Oh, don't mind him, he's just angry.' Or, 'That's just your anger talking.' So, since people didn't take my anger seriously... I decided not to take them seriously.”
~ Knight of of Galmore Academy's Team E, Ciner Slateborough. Ciner was a member of Team E alongside Adra and the first person to treat her as he did everyone else, making a lasting impression of her. Among her peers, he is uniquely positioned to be sympathetic to her. Like how Nefier desires her body as a weapon, the rogue angel Seraff has sought Ciner's body since his birth. Ciner was born into a huge family with a unique condition: his magic channels are so thick and knotted that, while no human can use them without perishing, he is immune to magical attack and possessing tremendous physical strength. A celestial in possession of his body could access this potent tangle of magicks however, and many sought to from the moment he was born, destroying almost every member of his family in the ensuing free-for-all. Like Adra, he was saved by agents of Galmore and brought to the academy, where he lived on the ground, far away from the graves of his family. Ciner wears a stony face and speaks in muted tones, but, like Adra, he burns with anger on the inside. The two have bonded quite a bit over their similarities, and Adra hoped- and still hopes- to share even more with him someday.

"I... I'm sorry for being scared of you... y- you saved me! Thank you..."
~ Mage of Galmore Academy's Team E, Feana Gracie. Like Ceecee and Ciner, Feana was part of Team E alongside Adra and Dieter. She is the team's mage, a type of magician that specializes in defensive magicks. She is a tiny, timid girl, sometimes resembling a doll or teddy bear more than a person, but she cannot be underestimated. Though her conscious casting is well below average, the magic that comes straight from her emotions- as all magic does, but normally with the filter of technique or mindset- is immeasurably mighty, rendering the ground apart and protecting her teammates with walls of sculpted stone. Though initially frightened by both Adra and Dieter, she quickly came to see they were good people and embraced them as precious friends. This moved them both, Dieter more than he cares to admit. While he submitted himself to pursuing his goals alone, Feana has never allowed him to struggle alone. Now that he is alone, stranded on Lemuria, he misses her company.

"I'm not going to lose!"
~ Caster of Galmore Academy's Team B, Miranda Miru. Miranda began her role in Adra's life as a villain. She was a bully and troublemaker, trying to pick fights with Adra when she was not mocking her. She considered herself Adra's rival when Adra wanted nothing to do with her. But she was separated from Adra as a friend. Through an act of bravery and kindness Adra might not have performed before meeting Ceecee, she came to save the life of Miranda's younger brother, and she saw a very different side of the bully than she was used to: scared, loving, and thankful. Just as Ceecee, Ciner, and Feana had changed Adra, Adra changed Miranda, though she remained very different from the rest of her friends. While her team (minus Dieter) supported Adra, Miranda challenged her, showering her tough love where the others might only show sympathy. Miranda also gave Adra her first experience with being flirted with, though perhaps only to tease her. Miranda is the oldest child of the Miru Clan, an old Souhold family equally famous for their bright red hair as their mastery over wind magic. Any curly, red locks on Lemuria are sure to remind Adra of her first enemy-turned-friend.

~ Noraage-class thrower, Tait. Tait was Ragnhild's partner on Noraage. He was a dreugh, or the child of a maor and a dwerg, a race of small humanoids famous for their artisan touch and healing hands. Because dreughs are weaker than menn and clumsier than dwergar, many split the difference and become quick-handed, quick-witted thieves, assassins, or sneaks. Tait was remarkably honest for a dreugh, though his hands and mind were no less clever. Wielding light weapons to compliment Ragnhild's enormous strength and devising almost all of their strategies, he was the brains to Ragnhild's muscle. He was also the voice to her kindness. While neither ever thought it right to kill needless, only Tait spoke freely about it, voicing what they each thought. Tait knew Ragnhild's kindness better than anyone else. In fact, they met because of it. When the dreugh was being unjustly accused of stealing, the varul stepped in and cleared his name. The two traveled and worked together ever since, and rumors that they were lovers or half-siblings traveled with them. No matter what they were, there were few Noraagean duos more well-known, so their separation has become an equally hot topic of discussion. Theories abound, but all that is known for sure is that they are no longer together. Ragnhild has staunchly refused to comment on it whenever asked.
