That which we call character. By any other name would character as character.
Goofery aside, what's the story behind your characters' names? Does it mean anything, in our world or theirs?
For mine:

For mine:
Arctus: A modification of the word "arctic".
Borgen: It was laying around in my list of random made-up names.
Bromdaahl: "Brom" means "north" in Skyrim's dragon language. "Daahl" is just a made-up suffix I slapped against it.
Brosme: Norwegian for "tusk".
Danauk: Presumably a mix between "Danook" and "Roanauk".
Gaiyan: A modification of "Gaia".
Glaxion: The name of Warframe's freeze ray weapon.
Gunther: I just thought the name "Gunther" for a big black moosebear was adorable.
Harmaa: Finnish for "grey".
Hedstagg: I was looking at Nord NPC names from The Elder Scrolls and writing down those I liked. "Hedstagg" was one of them. It rhymes with "head stag", which inspired the cervidae-skull-helmet look. "Ornska" is made up.
Helveten: "Helvete" is Norwegian for "hell". I just added an "n".
Himmelen: "Himmel" is Norwegian for "heaven". I added two extra letters to it.
Hofdyr: "Dýr" is Icelandic for "animal". "Hof" probably comes from "hófur", which refers to a hoof.
Hofur: What I said above; Icelandic for "hoof".
Hraaldstag: Made-up.
Klause: It's the name of my Nord character in Skyrim. Klause the big burly werebear. It's cute.
Knarstygg: The name of a Nord NPC in The Elder Scrolls Online. I got it from picking Nord names I liked and putting them in a list.
Knudson: Made-up.
Kollagskar: There's a place in WoW called Kaskala, which heavily inspired Kollagskar. The name is inspired from it.
Korraz Thaumah: Somehow misread "K'tama", that I got from a name generator, like so. I thought it was a good name for a big badass female warrior, so there, I used it for a big badass female warrior.
Kotkar: "Kotka" is Finnish for "eagle".
Kovrald: Made-up.
Noataq: It's Inuit. The meaning is something about a river. Google says "inland river" and "the river that provides food for the people", so yeah, something to do with rivers.
Nordisk: Swedish for "nordic".
Olghjortur: "Olg" comes from the Norwegian "elg", meaning an elk. "Hjortur" is another Scandinavian word for cervidae.
Ulldveldr: Trying to make "Old Elder" sound exotic, I guess.
Usker: I started with "Urs" as a prefix, from "ursa" = "bear", and goofed off.
Ristaang: A modification of "Ristaag", which is a ritual of the Skaal where they hunt a spirit beast and take its heart before the night ends.
Roanauk Ice-Fist: A pretty clear homage to Roanauk Icemist.
Rohorn: Made-up, I think.
Sirmaq: A modification of "sirmiq", which is Inuit for "glacier".
Skovska: Made-up.
Solveig: I started off with "sol", the same prefix as Solstheim, which the Isle of Solveig draws heavy inspiration from, and added the first suffix I thought of. I ended up using an actual word that has nothing to do with the isle itself. Maybe the sunrises are particular pretty there? I dunno.
Torravon: A misspelling (that I only just now noticed I spelled wrong) of "Toravon", a boss in the Vault of Archavon raid in WoW.
Vinterhost: "Vinter" is Norwegian for "winter". The "host" part I don't remember where I got it from.
Welvyr: I think I got it from modifying the Welsh word for a hunter; "helwyr".
Borgen: It was laying around in my list of random made-up names.
