Xero gave Hilde and Moria a warm smile as he turned and pointed deeper into the city.
"Travel down the main street until you reach the third intersection. Take a right, go down two blocks, and there is the Lacister Hotel. It's a big ivory building with a sword on the front, you can't miss it. I'll contact the hotel owners to let them know you are coming. They're two bro-a brother and a sister. The brother can be... Eccentric, just as a warning."

Moria gave a cold, crocodilian smile at the warning.
"They'll keep up their manners around me, I'm sure," the dragon purred. "People tend to."

Hilde merely nodded in agreement to Moria. She highly doubted anyone would give the dragon any trouble; she had already proven to be potentially unpredictable. Only a fool would provoke such a great and powerful creature such as her. She then turned to look at Xero, offering him an amicable smile.
"Thank you. We will be sure to thank them for their hospitality."
The knight errant then stepped through the gate, ready to proceed toward this... 'hotel', a word unfamiliar to her. She assumed it was something similar to an inn?

As Hilde and Moria moved their way through the gate and into Mival, Xero watched them on. He tapped on his ear, then tapped it again.
"Yeah, it's me. You two doing what you need? Good. Just a heads up, there's going to be a small dragon and her buddy showing up at the hotel early on. Tell your sister to be on her best behavior. Listen, we only have this one shot, or else we're truly fucked, got it?"
He tapped the earpiece again, and let out a low, painful groan. Just another complication for what was already turning out to be a miserable day. Not only an attack on the city by demonic forces, but all this extra pressure. Something was going to give, and Xero didn't want to be anywhere near the disaster site when it did.

Moria drew numerous looks as the dragon and the knight errant navigated the unfamiliar streets. The silvery drake basked in the attention, positive or negative, though she made sure to flash her glassy scales at those bold enough to openly scowl at her. Most withdrew as the light from her mirror-like coat slashed across their eyes, bringing a smirk to her crocodilian jaws.
"I must admit, my shiny little stone, I have never entered a place such as this," she tells Hilde as her eyes rove around the city. "I will likely have to trust you to guide us from here on."
